Vehicle Customization Manager

Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Vehicle Customization Manager to oversee their detailing operations at a dealership.
The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of Paint Protection Film (PPF), tinting, polishing, ceramic coatings, and detailing services for both new and used vehicles. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead a team to ensure high-quality service and timely project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all detailing services, including PPF, tinting, polishing, ceramic coatings, and general detailing.
- Coordinate with the dealership’s internal coordinator to ensure all projects are on schedule and meet quality standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations.
- Organize and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the dealership to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of all detailing services performed, including client information and service details.
- Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role, such as an Automotive Service Advisor, is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with the latest detailing techniques and products.
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience with quality control processes.
- Proficiency in using scheduling and project management software.
- Knowledge of automotive industry standards and practices.
