Main Responsibilities:
• Greet customers
• Gather the necessary information to identify and define vehicle repair and maintenance needs
• Advise customers on maintenance services and other work, while explaining the billing process
• Follow all steps of the Acura Concierge Experience Program
• Track parts orders and follow up on various outstanding cases

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Previous service advisor experience is definitely an asset.
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
