Senior Service Advisor
Job Description
Our client is seeking a Senior Service Advisor. This individual promotes customer satisfaction, retention and growth of existing and new business. In addition, participates in overall operations in terms of cost control, inventory management, environmental compliance, and most importantly, safety. He or she provides strong and consistent leadership to cultivate and maintain a harmonious, collaborative, and highly productive work culture
Responsibilities:
* Front line of customer interaction, and providing top-quality customer service
* Creates repair orders and estimates containing parts, labour and fees for presentation to customer
* Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for repairs and maintenance.
* Ask for and encourage positive google reviews
* Attends staff meetings.
* Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and with all other departments.
* Participates in a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business.
* Understands, keeps abreast of and complies with federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
* Accounts for all documents; ensures that none are missing, and all are processed correctly.
* Monitors technicians' daily productivity.
* Reviews all repair orders before completion for accuracy.
Successful Candidates Possess:
* 5 years of minimum experience as a Service Advisor
* The desire to provide a high level of customer service.
* Self-motiving with excellent work ethic.
* Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
* Valid Ontario driver’s licence
* Legally eligible to work in Canada
