Regional Sales Manager
Job Description
Our client is seeking a proven automotive leader who thrives on performance, accountability, and team development. The Regional Sales Manager will take full ownership of the company network, leading talented managers, driving results, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple locations in Atlantic Canada.
This is a full-time leadership position that demands exceptional communication, strong financial acumen, and the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee sales operations and performance across all locations in Atlantic Canada.
Provide direction, coaching, and development to Branch Managers.
Maintain a strong presence across stores and head office to ensure process alignment and operational excellence.
Communicate with clarity and consistency across all levels — from branch managers to executive leadership — ensuring alignment, accountability, and a shared vision of success.
Engage daily with Branch Managers to assess opportunities and drive accountability.
Ensure adherence to strong, non-negotiable sales processes with consistent follow-through.
Resolve high-level issues with empathy, care, and ownership.
Build strong relationships with the company's leadership team to reinforce culture and teamwork.
Review P&L statements against budgets and address process, staffing, or performance gaps.
Motivate teams and foster a culture of accountability and performance.
Drive excellence in sales volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction.
Host bi-weekly sales meetings that motivate, align, and energize teams.
Monitor daily KPIs and follow up on performance trends.
Collaborate with Marketing to plan impactful campaigns and promotions.
Report directly to the Integrator on performance, insights, and opportunities.
