Operations Manager

The Opportunity:
Our client is hiring an Operations Manager responsible for the day-to-day operations of its widespread locations. This role will oversee the Regional Managers who support the stores on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:
You will ensure that all guests are provided with the most exceptional, best-in-class automotive experience anywhere. This unwavering focus will invariably lead to higher and sustained levels of profitability which will drive continued growth and expansion.

Maximizing efficiency and productivity; collaborating with marketing teams to drive customer traffic to each location; ensuring that key metrics are monitored, met and maintained.

Experience:
Minimum five years of experience in a Service or Fixed Operations Manager or related capacity; a strong work ethic; a high moral compass and a commitment to conducting oneself with honesty and integrity; and the ability to work within a team environment.
