Position Summary and Responsibilities:
The General Manager oversees operational, financial, and cultural performance for both automotive sales and service operations.

Key responsibilities include:
* Managing daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability while adhering to compliance and safety standards.
* Leading sales and finance efforts, focusing on sales strategies, inventory management, and team development.
* Overseeing service operations, monitoring KPIs, optimizing workflows, and enhancing customer experience.
* Managing the branch's P&L, monitoring budgets, and ensuring financial targets are met.
