Job Description
The Marckis Group is a leading automotive executive search firm and has been engaged to assist with the search for a General Manager for a car dealership reporting to the Group President and overseeing all aspects of the dealership's operations including sales, service, parts and finance while ensuring profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in the automotive industry with a track record of successfully leading a team and driving sales growth
Deep knowledge of automotive market trends, dealership operations and financial management
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate employees at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Customer-centric with a commitment to delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
Able to develop, implement and refine effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue and market share.
