Franchise Dealership Regional Manager

Position Summary :
The Franchise Dealership Regional Manager is responsible for driving profitability, operational excellence, and OEM compliance across multiple franchised automotive dealerships. This role partners closely with General Managers to ensure consistent execution, strong financial performance, and an exceptional customer experience across all departments, including New Vehicle Sales, Used Vehicle Sales, Service, and Parts.
This position requires a decisive, disciplined leader who balances operational support with accountability. The Regional Manager is expected to set clear expectations, identify performance gaps, and ensure follow-through through structured action plans and measurable outcomes.
The role also supports the Auto Group’s growth strategy by contributing to greenfield dealership launches and acquisition integrations, including the recruitment and development of senior dealership leadership.
The successful candidate will foster a culture where safety, integrity, accountability, and genuine care for both customers and employees are foundational to daily operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Multi-Store Leadership & Operational Oversight
● Oversee performance across multiple franchised dealerships to ensure consistent execution standards across Sales, Service, and Parts
● Reinforce the Auto Group’s operating processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and customer experience
● Establish clear expectations with General Managers and ensure disciplined execution
● Hold General Managers accountable for financial performance, KPI attainment, process adherence, and operational discipline
● Identify operational gaps and implement corrective action plans with follow-up accountability
Qualifications & Experience:
● Minimum of 5 years of OEM franchised dealership operations experience
● Multi-store leadership experience strongly preferred
● Proven ability to hold senior dealership leaders accountable to standards and results
● Strong working knowledge of:
○ Sales operations and CRM execution
○ Fixed Operations fundamentals (Service and Parts KPIs and workflows)
○ OEM compliance standards and incentive programs
○ Greenfield launches and acquisition integrations
● Proficiency with dealership systems and reporting tools (e.g., CRM platforms, DMS, inventory and analytics tools)
● Demonstrated leadership presence, strong communication skills, and operational discipline
