Job Description

Key Responsibilities :
-Develop and implement operational strategies to support business objectives and
growth.
- Oversee Regional Managers daily activities and ensure effective franchisee engagement.
- Conduct regular strategy meetings with Regional Managers
- Mentor and coach direct report staff
- Assist Regional Managers with difficult franchisee and customer interactions
- Participate, and organize new location grand openings in conjunction with the Regional Manager, and marketing team.
- Participate in regional and annual franchise system meetings and conventions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze metrics to drive continuous sales growth and Franchisee profitability.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation for operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor Regional Managers and other direct reports, inclusive of corporate store managers to achieve operational goals.

Requirements & Skills:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Prior Automotive franchise system or multi-unit leadership experience
- Proven experience as a leader of operations or in a senior leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, process optimization, and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills to drive productivity and growth.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
