Business Development Manager
Job Description
The Opportunity:
Our client is hiring a Business Development Manager located in Vaughan. They are leaders in comprehensive car care services, servicing the most unique luxury vehicles.
Your primary responsibility is to deliver an industry leading client experience. You will be the client’s primary point of contact throughout the discovery and quotation process as well as post purchase follow up. You will work closely with the Office Manager and Operations Manager to establish project scope and to determine flow of work.
Responsibilities:
- The company’s primary point of contact with clients, acting as the all-around expert of the company’s service offerings.
- Responsible for communicating job scope to the Operations Manager
- Leading client communication throughout duration of project
- Actively developing and fostering relationships with client network to achieve revenue targets
- Sending client estimate for every job and passing off final job scope to office manager for final billing/payment collection
- Secondary QA of all jobs prior to client delivery, ensuring everything is complete as per company standards
- Leading client delivery experience
- Leading the Customize division, work directly with area technicians to deliver accurate estimates and serve as the company’s subject matter expert.
- Enforcing and maintaining profit margin standards on every job
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service advisor or service manager capacity.
- A strong work ethic; Very high moral compass and committed to conduct yourself with honesty and integrity at all times;
- Ability to work within a Team Environment.
